Diane DeCenzo Bello - Singer/Songwriter
Diane DeCenzo Bello is a multi-faceted performer and composer, successful in several musical venues. She is an accomplished vocalist and classically trained instrumentalist, playing piano, keyboards and guitar. Her latest project has been submitted to an A&R agent in LA, and the 2008 project Bus Bound for Hope can be viewed on the homepage of her website (www.dianebello.com) Diane wrote, recorded and produced Mother Goose Turned Loose which is for sale on ITunes and CDBaby.com. Her album “First Fruits” is currently in production for sale on CDBaby.com, and her original children’s piece “Brand New Day” is currently being transcribed into choir music for upper elementary-middle school ages. Her song “Through the Eyes of You” has been used as a teaching tool in a mentoring program for 5th graders run by school counselor Daria Valle @ Howard Drive Elementary School.
Her “Ensemble” music class is currently being taught at Atala Montessori, Winhold Montessori and Killian Montessori schools. Miss Diane offers a high energy interactive musical experience with keyboards, guitar, vocals and plenty of creative movement and dance to a list of clients that include The Children’s Creative Learning Center @ FIU, A to Z Kid in Miami Beach, and University Christian Children's Center. She has been commissioned by Miami Dade this summer to be a counselor for RockCampUSA, a summer program geared to middle – high school rockers. She will be mentoring her group into writing, recording, and then performing at Tobacco Road for their final performance.
She was a Main Stage and Children’s Grotto performer at the Strawberry Folk Festival 2002 and 2003, was the featured artist for the South Florida Folk Club where she performed her original tunes at Main Street Cafe in Homestead; Oliver Hoover Elementary school has performed one of her original pieces in their spring concert; she was a guest panelist at Miami Dade’s Arts and Letters Day 2000; and has performed countless shows to schools in the Dade and Broward area. Diane Bello and guitarist Carlos Suris performed weekly at O'Casey's in Pinecrest, FL, playing jazz standards and adult contemporary, and Diane gigged at the Pirates Den at Blackpoint Marina as a solo act playing country, blues, and alternative acoustic rock. Diane also works with Flamingo Road Church @ Doral and MBC in Kendall as part of their cutting edge band.
